FAQs

How do I connect with one of the advisors in the Sacramento Financial Advisors Network?

Visit their individual Advisor Profile Page, under the Advisors tab on the menu bar. Each page will include the advisor’s email and phone number, a contact form to send them a message, and a link to their individual websites. Some advisors also include a link to schedule a free introductory call.

What if none of the advisors are “specialized” in the area that I need help?

Feel free to reach out and let us know what you’re looking for. Even if we aren’t the right fit for you, we’d love to help point you in the right direction. We have a vast network of high quality professionals we would be happy to refer you to.

I’ve never worked with an advisor before. What other questions should I be asking?

  • What are your fees? How are they paid?

  • How many clients do you serve?

  • Can you provide me with any professional references?

  • How long have you been practicing?

  • Do you have a disciplinary history?

  • What does your process look like?

  • What is your investment philosophy?

  • How did you lose your last two clients? Why did you fire your last client?

Do you only work with clients in the Sacramento area?

All of the advisors in our network have the technology needed to serve clients virtually, no matter where you live. If you are local to the Sacramento area, we would be happy to meet with you in person if you’d prefer.

What if there are multiple advisors who could serve me?

We suggest you meet with any advisors who could potentially be a good fit. If you’re still having a hard time deciding, then we would be happy to share our thoughts on which advisor might be the best fit for you.

What if I’m not quite ready or able to work with an advisor?

We will never pressure you to make a commitment. We encourage you to keep in touch. You can check back to view the latest posts on our blog, or visit our individual pages to subscribe to newsletters and other content we post.
