Bio
Grant began his career in the financial services industry in 2007. Prior to founding Three Oaks, he was a Senior Manager and Trader in the securities lending group at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Beforehand, Grant held positions at both Smith Barney and American Express.
Grant holds an MBA and a B.S. in Applied Economics from Ithaca College. He is also both a CFA Charterholder and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™. Grant is frequently quoted in several national publications, including Forbes, CNBC, The Huffington Post, and U.S. News.
In his free time Grant loves being outside. During the winter you can find him scouring snow reports and planning his next ski trip. In the summers, he enjoys exploring hiking trails in the Sierra Nevada mountains with his wife, chasing around his three kids, and tragically following the Seattle Mariners.
